Good update, not perfect but good. Was not on a scale a monster update however and I do think the community teams need to watch what they say otherwise you have guru spam fests with people waiting watching every second go by in suspense for the update.
I did like the Elite changes thou, a few I know were kind of crap such as one of the Necro MM elites but they had to mess something up.

I already know about that. Thing is, I'm using Signet of Illusions in my build, and so can't use Echo. (Signet of Illusions is so I can use whatever other spell I want without wasting much in the other attributes).

Here are a few things that should have been included with the updates, in my opinion...
- A full party is now required to enter any explorable area. If there are at least two players in the party and one leaves the game, the leaving player is replaced with a henchman of the same primary profession. The only exceptions to this change is Pre-Searing Ascalon, the tutorial areas of Factions & Nightfall and any quest or mission where you must be the only one in the party.
- Damage that monsters receive is reduced, depending on where they are. All dungeons, -15%. All elite areas, -33%. Anywhere else while in Hard Mode, -50% and players receive +25% damage from all sources.
- Shadow Form: disabled for 30 seconds. Type has been changed from Spell to Skill, unaffected by morale boosts and skills that can instantly recharge other skills.
- Ursan Blessing, Raven Blessing, Volfen Blessing: disabled for 60 seconds; unaffected by morale boosts and skills that can instantly recharge other skills.
The reasoning for my suggestions is simple. I strongly doubt the devs intended on any area to be cleared by solo or 2-3 person teams. Change #1 will make sure that the proper party size designed for that given area is used. I see people talking about how easy dungeons and even HM are so change #2 makes monsters harder to kill and you take more damage if in HM. With the skill changes, they cannot be constantly maintained or recharged faster/instantly.

C'mon...that will force them to go from pressing 1-2-3 to pressing 1-2-3-4. I'm not sure if the community is ready for that...
P.S. Dragon Slash with the latest Save Yourself is simply on crack. Adrenaline management isn't even a worry any longer.

I seriously laughed out loud at this suggestion. Mandating full sized parties to kill solo farming is simply absurd and would single-handedly cause a large portion of the playerbase to disappear overnight.

I have done some testing and I am not really impressed with the Monk changes Aura of Faith. Why couldn't they have buffed Life Sheath as a lot have asked for?

Dude, you have tons of posts in this one thread basically saying this same thing. Better is all about perceptions, inherently subjective and not provable either way. Go have some fun.

They fixed the Xinrae's Weapon bug, you would crash everyone on the map if you walked into Coral on jade isle/ra map, or if you walked into an acid trap while it was on you.

I can prove to you one thing: removing inherent meaning from the game does not make it "better". Nor is making it more "fun". The challenge is having it be more fun while keeping in mind the basic fundamentals of the game.
Making a new profession that plays just like a shooter and doesn't rely on any skills or builds would be pretty fun to a lot of people, but it's not maintained in the spirit of the game.

With QZ the spike recycles in 7 seconds.

How do you get the 66% chance? I would guess 10% chance x 8 = 80% for the group.

I still don't understand why the GW:EN PvE skills were not tied to professions like the sunspear skills. As it is now players can have 4 secondary professions due to the 3 pve skills.

Heard it fixed a bug with [Xinrae's Weapon] which made the game crash. Not sure if anything else was included.

Thats not the correct way to calculate percentages.
If you wanted to calculate the chances of at least one person in an 8 man party would trigger the 900 bonus damage, you calculate
1-(chance of no one getting the bonus damage)
This would equate to 1-(.9^8)
(90% chance that each person would fail to get the bonus damage raised to the 8th power to calculate for 8 independent trials)
This is roughly equal to 57%. This means that if 8 people in the party all used the skill, there would be a 57% chance that at least one of them will get the 900 bonus damage.
Vs char 1-(.75^8) = .899
against char there is a 90% chance that at least one of the 8 party members will hit with bonus damage.
